Ricotta
Ricotta is produced with milk, cream and cow’s milk curd. It has a soft, creamy, velvety texture, white colour and mild taste; it is very easy to digest and has high nutritional value, a substantial amount of “noble” protein and low fat content. Ricotta can be used in pasta dishes, deserts or just simply on a toasted Italian bread and honey on top.
Tasting & Factory Tour
We welcome you to our tasting room with open arms. Come to Fattoria Del Sole to see a real demonstration of how we produce the only Artisanal Fresh Mozzarella in the MENA region from the first drop of milk to the final product, ready for you to taste. Booking in advance is mandatory as it is not possible to visit our Italian cheese factory with no reservations. Our tasting room is very exclusive and we host groups between 6-8 people per visit only. Our Italian Authentic Lunch is served at 1pm and our full line of fresh cheese is served along a special Pasta dish with open bar.
